With the Suns leading 113-111 with 41.7 seconds left in the fourth quarter, the Knicks had a chance to tie the game or take the lead. After an unsuccessful scoring attempt, the Knicks regrouped with 29.2 seconds left in the game and the ball went to Jalen Brunson.

Brunson found a switching Jusuf Nurkic, but he created space and finished with a clutch jumper with 21.9 seconds left in the game. The ball swished into the net to tie the game at 113-113.

The Suns responded with Devin Booker, who picked up the ball and dribbled through RJ Barrett's defense. With 10 seconds left in the game, Emanuel Quickley went up the court to help isolate Booker.

Booker handed the ball off to Jordan Goodwin and then made a quick pass. The three-time NBA All-Star drew the attention of Julius Randle, allowing Barrett to wrap up the play.

Booker hit a big jumper and put in a three-pointer with space between him and Randle. The ball went in the net with 1.7 seconds left in the game, giving the Suns a 116-113 lead.

The Knicks had one last chance to tie the game, but Brunson's 34-foot 3-pointer was just inches off the mark. The Suns extended their winning streak to seven games with the thrilling 116-113 victory.
